Product Description

Professional Anchoring Solutions Anchoring is widely used in tunnel for pre-support, slope, coast, mine, water conservancy projects, Building foundation, roadbed reinforcement and geological faulty treatment such as landslip, crack, and sink age, it’s irreplaceable in narrow construction environment.

System Advantages

Self Drilling Hollow Bar

Comprised of a hollow threaded bar attached with a drill bit that performs drilling. The hollow bar allows air and water to freely pass through during drilling to remove debris. After reaching the required depth, grout fills the bar under pressure to completely cover the bolt.

Coupler System

The coupler joins hollow bars to extend the bolt length, allowing the anchor to be elongated based on specific site requirements and design depths.

Plate and Nut

High-strength plates and nuts are installed according to design requirements to ensure stable load distribution and secure anchoring.

Versatile Drill Bit

The drill bit is selected specifically based on the ground condition to optimize drilling efficiency and penetration performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the primary applications for this anchoring system?
It is widely used for tunnel pre-support, slope stabilization, mining, coastal projects, roadbed reinforcement, and treating geological faults like landslips or cracks.
How does the self-drilling mechanism work?
The system features a hollow threaded bar with a drill bit. During drilling, the hollow center allows air and water to remove debris. Once at the correct depth, grout is pumped through the bar to secure it.
Can the length of the anchor bar be extended?
Yes, by using specific couplers (like the S-T73 model), multiple hollow bars can be joined together to achieve the required design length.
What determines the choice of drill bit?
The drill bit is selected based on the specific ground conditions (rock type, soil density, etc.) to ensure efficient penetration and durability.
What is the advantage of using hollow bars in narrow environments?
The system is irreplaceable in narrow spaces because it combines drilling, anchoring, and grouting into a streamlined process, reducing the footprint of the construction equipment needed.
Are the couplers sealed?
Yes, the S-T73 couplers are designed with a sealing structure to ensure the integrity of the system during the grouting process.
